A silver toned double band tiara, delicately wrapped by hand with Cornflower Blue (dark powder blue) faux pearls (8 mm, 6 mm and 4 mm), and clear glass diamante rhinestones (10 mm).
Beads cover the base, leaving 3 cm approx bare at the ends for comfort, please see photos for details. This is a thin tiara, it is approx 4 mm wide.
